This is a fun Free Comic Book Day offering from 2008. The EC Sampler showcases some vintage EC Comic tales from the 50's and makes clever use of this vintage Wally Wood artwork to boot.
Here's the original from the 1951 Tales from the Crypt comic. This one seems a tad more gruesome than its later counterpart for sure. I love the expressions and that flickering red tie is a stunner.
